CAPACITY: 300ml (makes 3-4 cups of filter coffee).
COMPONENTS: 2 cups, 1 tamping unit, 1 closure plate.
MATERIAL: Food Grade Stainless Steel (304 grade) with smooth edges and a premium finish.
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Add 2 tbsp (40g) coffee to your Indian filter. Place the tamper and pour 120ml boiled water (halfway through) and close the lid. After 15 minutes, pour in another 120ml of the boiled water. Put the lid on and leave for 15 minutes. The bottom chamber has the decoction. Add sugar and milk according to your taste and enjoy with a wide smile!
FROTHING: Froth it up in a traditional Indian tumbler called “Dabra Vati” and enjoy serving in the popular South Indian way.

TRADITIONAL COFFEE MAKER: Indian filter coffee is a coffee brewed of finely ground coffee powder in a traditional Indian filter. The drink is also referred to as Madras filter coffee, Degree coffee, Mysore filter coffee or South Indian Filter Coffee (Kaapi).
CARE: Wash in warm, soapy water before first use and dry thoroughly. All parts are dishwasher safe.
