What is End-grain Cutting board?
End-Grain is the cross sectional cutting of the wood, in this arrangement of wood, the wood fibers are in vertical position.
Why End-Grain cutting board?
When a knife blade is run through End-Grain wood the knife will pass in between the wood fibers unlike the Edge grain arrangement, where they cut on the fibers of wood, eventually cutting the wood itself too and fast dulling of knives.
What Difference does it make?
This helps prevent sharpness of the knife for longer and also the surface of the board gets longer life too as the wood fibers bounce back to its place.
How much time does it take to make a board?
Depending on the size and pattern, End-Grain cutting boards can take 6 to 12 days from start to finish of making of 1 board.
If all our boards are joined, are they strong enough?
All of our boards are joined with Glue which is graded boiling waterproof and above D3 grade and just below D4 grade, making the joints stronger than the wood itself.
Will the board get the scratches?
All wooden chopping boards get the scratches, but the End-Grain boards get less scratches and also, they heal by themself because of the vertical orientation of the wood fibers.

DIMENSIONS: Measures 14 x 09 x 1 inches, which can handle almost all your chopping tasks, as well as some other tasks sometimes too. ( Boards may come with upto 5% variation in dimensions mostly larger than described as all boards are hand crafted )
