    Average quality. Not like a running shoe. Flat sole, single moulded sole like a cheap silicon one. Looks are average only. I expected it to be a proper running shoes but it's not. 2200 is quite high for this type of shoe. Not worth.
    You need 1 size bigger. It's not UK sizes. It's in US size which is 1 size bigger.
