“This plan covers Accidental damage/ Liquid damage” (ADLD) which means accidental physical damage or liquid spills occurred solely due to external means causing damage to the covered Product. External means includes any damage due to unintentional drop or collision of the covered Product or any object or liquid falling/entering the covered Product. The plan period is for 6 months from the date of activation of the plan. The plan is for the refurbished mobile phones purchased from Amazon only and the plan needs to be bought as an attachment and not as standlalone.”Excess will be charged at 10 percent of the claim amount.
